Restaurant : Tapper ( if not mistaken)
Location : Capital square
Meal : lunch (soya chicken + goo leng ping + blue berry cheese cake)
Price : Set lunch RM8 + Rm4.50 cheese cake ( No service charge and no goverment tax).
So price is reasonable, environment simple and clean . Can have a try .
Nice environment.
